Experiences: A Great Gift Giving Strategy for Friends and Family

posted on 19 November 2011

When I buy gifts for family and friends, I like to be unique so that my gifts are memorable - be they homewares, fashion accessories or gadgets. To do so, I try to buy my friends and family gifts based around experiences. Memories stemming from experiences last much longer than almost all gifts that are just material items. For example, if I know that someone is getting ready to go on a great vacation, I’ll buy them an adventure tour in their vacation destination. If someone likes a band, I’ll buy them concert tickets. Or I will buy game tickets for a basketball fan. This allows the person to have something to look forward to, memories from the experience, and a feeling of goodwill towards our relationship. Overall, I have found this method of gift giving to be very good. People are usually quite happy with gifts based around experiences, as long as you make sure to tailor the experience to that specific person!

A Caravan Holiday in Sunny Beach, Bulgaria

posted on 1 September 2011

Last year in August I went on a short summer holiday at a caravan camping which is very close to Sunny Beach, Bulgaria after browsing some caravans for sale in the UK. This was my first visit to Bulgaria and my first caravan holiday. My vacation lasted ten days and it exceeded all my expectations. Bulgarian nature is amazing. The sea shore was covered with golden sands. The sea was calm and clean. The air was so fresh that I got up at 5 AM every morning just to enjoy breathing. The camping conditions were great, too. There were several more caravans in the camping but they were far enough so no unwanted noise could disturb our holiday. There was an amazing camping bar which offered free drinks twelve hours a day. I should also mention that the camping fee was surprisingly low – £5 per day. I would recommend all my friend to take a caravan vacation in Bulgaria.

The new flexible and convenient travel requirements.

posted on 7 August 2011

Travelling out of our country these days has become very easy. Our travel authority has introduced very flexible and convenient means of attaining a passport and a visa as well getting all the travel documents ready. When applying for a passport for instance, you do not have to wait for a long period because there are faster ways of getting a passport. One can easily get a passport in a day provided you are willing to part with much more money than the normal passport fee. Passport renewal can also be done in a day in the same manner. In application for a visa UK citizens can make it faster by booking an appointment first with the visa issuing office and then once they get to the offices, they are served faster. This will save a lot of time for the person who still has so much to do before travelling. Changing rules and regulations pertaining to travelling can easily be learned online. You do not have to visit a travel agency in order to learn all these. Just visit their website and you will get the latest information.
