Driver distractions are dangerous because they can easily lead to fatal accidents. Driving is one task that demands total concentration. Here are some things that you should watch out for if you don't want to be caught with driver distractions...
Be careful about how close your phone is when you are driving. For most people, picking the phone to read a text message is a reflex action. You need to train yourself never to read a text message while driving. It is even worse if you try to send a text message.
Also, don't eat or drink while driving. If you want to have a quick lunch, look for a good spot, park and then have your meal. Doing it behind the driving wheels isn't good for your concentration and could cost you a lot.
